Return Policy

At Pay Kart, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with the product you received, we're here to help. Please read our return policy carefully before placing an order.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, provided that:

The product is unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
All original tags, labels, and packaging are intact.
The invoice or proof of purchase is available.
The product is not from the non-returnable category (see below).

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Innerwear, lingerie, and socks
Cosmetics, beauty, and personal care products
Food and perishable items
Products marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"
Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear

How to Request a Return

Contact us at supportpaykart@gmail.com or call (+91) 7001511702 within 7 days of delivery.
Share your order number, the product details, and the reason for return (photos may be requested for damaged or wrong items).
Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will guide you through the pickup or return shipping process.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you about the approval of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
If paid by credit/debit card or online payment gateway, the refund will be credited back to the original payment method.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the refund will be processed to your provided bank account.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or the wrong product was delivered. If you need an exchange for the same item, please contact us at supportpaykart@gmail.com.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. To cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at supportpaykart@gmail.com. Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled but may be eligible for return as per this policy.
